Aequero is an independent boutique advisory firm focused on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including public private partnership (PPP) transactions, with a particular focus on the emerging growth markets of Asia.

We provide innovative strategic, financial and commercial advisory services to private companies and project developers; governments and public sector entities; and financial institutions in support of complex international and cross border investments.

Aequero provides an intermediation service between project developers on the one hand and providers of capital on the other. We typically get involved in transactions at an early stage in the project development cycle, providing a complete service from project concept-to-closing. This enables us to shape, drive and manage the project development process in a way that creates value for our clients and delivers an investable and bankable investment proposition to providers of capital.
